食材:
鸡腿肉1只、花菇5朵、客家黄酒适量、姜少许、蒜头几瓣、紫苏少许、芹菜少许
步骤1:
鸡腿砍块,花菇浸泡后切丝,姜和芹菜分别切丝或条状,紫苏切开。

鸡肉洗净控干水份,放豆粉、盐、油、酱油、蚝油、姜丝、客家黄酒(由于我这个黄酒是艾草老姜黄酒,甜度较高,所以没放糖,另外月经期的宝宝要注意先别吃)腌制10-20分钟。
