食材:
低筋面粉120g、黄油60g、蛋黄10g、水24g、盐1g、淡奶油(装饰)150g、细砂糖(装饰)15g、无花果(装饰)适量
步骤1:
称好需要的低筋面粉,把黄油从冷冻拿出切成小块放入面粉中搓成小颗粒

步骤2:
蛋黄,水,盐放入轻揉成团,放进冰箱冷藏半小时

把冷藏好的面团取出,放在油纸上撒上面粉擀成0.2-0.3里面左右

步骤4:
将面皮铺入模具中,四周贴合模具,多余的面皮用擀面杖擀下,用叉子叉几下,以防底部鼓起,烤箱预热170度,中层30分钟左右

淡奶油分两次加入细砂糖打发,无花果洗干净切小块,把烤好的塔皮凉透装入打发好的淡奶油摆上无花果,就可以开动啦
