加入适量的紫薯淀粉,再加入适量糯米粉,搅拌均匀!

搅拌好的紫薯糊糊盖保鲜膜,上锅蒸15分钟!这段时间给饭盒铺上一层保鲜膜,里边放适量椰蓉!

将蒸好的紫薯糊糊搅拌之后,放入饭盒里边,用勺子铺平,放入冰箱冷藏半个小时!
