13.大约1个半小时就可以了,珐琅锅比普通锅具更聚热,用普通锅可能要2个小时.
14.炖好的牛腱子,可以用筷子插入牛肉试试软烂程度,可以的话,此时可以试试味,如果不够就在这一点加点盐调味好
