食材:
棒骨2根、酸菜2袋、盐2勺、胡椒粉少许、酱油少许、葱姜八角少许
步骤1:
猪大骨头洗净备用

步骤2:
把酸菜里的酸水挤出去然后放水里洗净备用

洗净的酸菜放一边等着备用

步骤4:
锅中不用放油直接放入干净的水然后把猪大骨头放进去加入葱段姜片八角盖锅煮就好了其他材料一会放

步骤5:
锅里滚开后打开锅去掉上边的血沫子盖锅小火继续煮

我是用炉子上的小火慢慢煮的不是用高压锅压的煮了两个小时大骨头肉已经熟了

大骨肉熟了后把准备好的酸菜放进去

酸菜放进去后加入胡椒粉盐酱油适量把材料酸菜大骨头搅拌开小火继续煮

酸菜材料放入后我又煮了两个半多小时猪的大骨头和肉都分离了我觉着这样子猪骨里的骨髓和营养才能煮出来我一点油都没放这个酸菜里的油也很大下雪天吃这道菜非常棒在弄点蒜酱我每年都这样做一家人都爱吃
