食材:
龙骨300克、瘦肉400克、鲜鱼腥草110g

骨头冷水下锅焯水,最好就把血水全部煮出来,这样煮出来的汤水不会腥;

料理锅中加入适量的清水,大火煮沸;

鱼腥草也可以在出锅前十分钟再入;
