食材:
柠檬5个、老冰糖1500克、川贝9克、陈皮40克
步骤1:
首先把所有材料准备好,所有使用到的工具一定不要有油。川贝粉直接在药店买磨好的,陈皮懒得洗了不干不净吃了没病

步骤2:
准备一盆盐水,先让柠檬泡个澡,大概10分钟这样就OK了

泡完澡后,再来一把食用盐给它做个马杀鸡,搓搓表皮残留的果蜡,然后用清水冲洗干净,放一旁晾干水分

将柠檬的头尾切掉

再切成差不多均匀的薄片

柠檬的籽会有苦味,所以接下来把切好的柠檬片全都让它们母籽分离

准备一个无水无油的炖盅,先把柠檬片铺一层在炖盅的底部,然后撒一些陈皮,一点川贝粉

然后加一层冰糖

再一层柠檬片,一层陈皮,一层川贝粉,一层冰糖,以此类推,直到装完

最后用一层冰糖封顶大吉,特别注意不需要放水,不需要,一滴都不要

盖上盖子,在炖盅外面包上一层保鲜膜,防止炖的过程中有水分偷溜进去

插电开炖,我用的是桃胶柠檬膏的选项,炖9.8个小时之后再加6个小时保温,大概16个小时这样

步骤13:
这是炖了一个小时左右的样子,在底部的冰糖已经融化了一部分,用勺子搅拌搅拌,让表面的冰糖更快速的融化

步骤14:
这个是炖了3个小时的样子,已经开始有点变色啦

这是炖了10个小时后的样子,底部还有一些较大块的冰糖还没融化完,搅拌搅拌继续盘它

趁着炖锅里还忙活着,赶紧冲去超市买个密封储存罐回来开水煮5分钟消毒一下,然后晾干水分备用

炖成这样就基本ok了

16个小时后川贝陈皮柠檬膏就炖好了,让它自然冷却,会更加浓稠一些,最后装瓶放冰箱冷藏或者常温存放。早晨起来用温水冲一杯柠檬膏,酸甜可口,排毒通便,润肺止咳,棒棒滴
