食材:
高筋面粉250g、地瓜淀粉15g、盐5g、芹菜汁300g、水280g、调料汁适量、紫甘蓝适量、木耳适量、黄瓜适量、红黄甜椒适量、色拉油适量、花生碎适量
步骤1:
把面粉、淀粉、盐放入容器,加入一多半的芹菜汁,顺时针搅拌至没有面粉颗粒为止,大约需要十分钟

放入烧开水的锅中,盖上锅盖,大约一到二分钟,盘底出现大泡,即可取出铁盘,放入另一个盘子
