食材:
鲅鱼2条、葱姜蒜适量、八角适量、干辣椒适量、酱油2勺、蚝油1勺、啤酒1罐、盐2勺半、鸡精1勺、白醋1勺、糖1勺半、五香粉丨小勺、老抽1滴
步骤1:
把鱼洗干净清理内脏我切成了厚块你们也可以用整条炖表面划上几刀这样会更入味!我还用料酒跟葱和姜片腌制了这样去腥气

葱姜蒜切成末然后把辣椒八角准备好!

把刚才准备的葱姜蒜辣椒八角放入锅中翻炒均匀翻炒的过程中一定要小心一点别把鱼肉弄散了

依次把咸盐2勺半鸡精一勺五香粉一勺糖一勺半醋一勺蚝油一勺酱油一勺老抽一滴放入锅里!

再倒入一罐啤酒盖上盖儿大火炖十分钟然后转中火再炖15分钟炖的过程中呢中间翻动下鱼以免鱼糊掉
