食材:
色拉油100ml、番茄沙司500ml、沙丁鱼500g
步骤1:
选用新鲜沙丁鱼,去除内脏,表皮略微风干

步骤2:
将色拉油倒在入锅内,中火将沙丁鱼煎成金黄色

将煎好的沙丁鱼放入滤油网内,将多余油滤净。

将滤干净油的沙丁鱼连同滤网一同放入高压锅内

将番茄沙司放入高压锅内,再加少许水,略低于沙丁鱼为好

高压锅上汽后,再压15分钟左右为宜。
