步骤2:
土豆去皮后切滚刀;鸡腿洗干净后斩件,用姜片、盐(一点点就够)、生粉、白糖、生抽拌匀腌10分钟以上,蒜头与豆豉剁成末;

步骤3:
热油锅,开中小火,把土豆放进去煎至稍为金黄;

步骤4:
把土豆拔到旁边,捞起鸡腿肉进去煎至金黄;

翻面,把鸡腿肉的另一面也煎至金黄;

加入豆豉,翻炒均匀;

把腌鸡腿的料汁倒进去,加入没过材料一半的清水,大火煮开后,转中小火焖大约10分钟,转大火收汁;
