加入150ml水,等待煮开

碗里加少许水(1陶瓷勺子)再加1.5小勺淀粉,搅拌均匀

香菇碎煮开后再稍微煮一会,然后把淀粉水勾芡进去,卤汁慢慢变浓稠后加盐,味道要稍咸点

内酯豆腐这样一勺一勺挖到碗里,放到微波炉1分钟,没有微波炉的蒸一下热了就行

一盒子可以做两小碗豆腐脑哦,豆腐脑在微波炉打热后把碗里的水倒掉!

加入卤汁,加入醋,点睛之笔就是加醋,绝对好吃再撒点葱花香菜辣椒油(卤汁的量刚好做两碗豆腐脑哦)
