锅里烧油,开中火下豆皮略炸,油不用很多

炸至金黄色控油出锅

锅内留油,开小火炒料。依次加入花椒粒,姜蒜末、干辣椒、桂皮、茴香、香叶、辣椒面,根据自己口味加入盐,我用了1茶匙多一点,再加一点生抽和一点糖

加入炸好的豆皮,继续小火翻炒。如果喜欢吃脆豆皮,这时基本就可以出锅了
