食材:
谷朊粉适量、盐适量、温水一小碗、小苏打两克、大蒜三瓣、盐适量、醋适量、生抽、老抽适量、芝麻酱适量、花椒油适量、味精适量克、辣椒油适量、豆芽适量、黄瓜1根
步骤1:
盆子里倒入一小碗温水放一勺盐化开,一边到谷朊粉一边用手搅拌

弄成这样就行了,盖上保鲜膜放半小时以上

加入小苏打(发酵粉也行)揉均匀(第一步放盐的时候放也可以,我比较喜欢和好放半小时再放小苏打)

揉好放三个小时发酵成这样就行了(看着蓬松了)
