食材:
白豆腐一块、鲤鱼一条一条、香菇根据喜好、生姜三四片、葱一根、盐适量
步骤1:
首先鱼清洗干净,在上面滑几刀,用少量盐腌制几分钟

备好所需要的食材

步骤3:
热锅起油,放入鱼炸至变色微黄即可,在期间我们可以放入几片生姜

炸好后倒入清水(由于我这个锅不允许我炸太久会糊锅,所以只能这样了),放入葱段

盖上锅盖烧开

步骤6:
放入豆腐

放入香菇(可根据喜好选择放不放),盖上锅盖小火煮10-20分钟(时间根据水量的多少来控制)

煮至汤变成浓白色就差不多了,放入适量的盐,再撒上几颗葱花就ok啦!
