食材:
干香菇十几朵、鸡翅中十几个、小鸡腿十几个、葱四小段、姜四片、蒜一头、八角四个、黄芪两片、料酒10毫升、盐两勺、老抽5毫升、香菜少量
步骤1:
干香菇提前泡两个小时!直接用鲜香菇也行,不过我喜欢干香菇的味道浓厚!

步骤2:
鸡翅中,小鸡腿用清水泡15分钟,去血水!15分钟后把水倒掉,鸡腿备用!

把鸡翅,鸡腿放入沸水里焯水,加入料酒去腥,焯两三分钟后捞出备用!
