锅中放入适量水,加入牛腱子焯水,把血水泡沫煮出,捞出冲洗干净,水弃之;

锅中重新放入适量水,所有材料除白砂糖和盐外,加入锅中,大火烧开,转中火盖上盖子焖煮2小时;
