羊蝎子1000g、生姜1小块、花椒5g、小茴香5g、孜然粒5g、草果1个、香片2片、桂皮1块、干辣椒4个、白胡椒粒5g、料酒2勺、老抽2勺、麻椒5g、八角1颗、白芷1片、肉蔻1颗、豆腐乳汁2勺、红糖1勺、植物油适量、大蒜6粒

羊脊骨放入清水泡两个小时期间换水两到三次(忘记拍照了用准备的调料凑合一下吧)
