大米淘洗干净后浸泡1小时,再沥干水分

排骨洗净后调入盐、生抽、老抽、蚝油、料酒、白胡椒粉、糖、姜片和葱段,搅拌均匀腌制1小时

荷叶泡好后,铺垫到电饭煲蒸笼上

将腌制好的排骨裹上大米

放进蒸笼里,让每块排骨都裹上大米,全部弄好后再将剩余的米粒铺放在上面

将排骨包裹起来,中间可用牙签固定服帖(注意:荷叶包的高度最好在蒸笼的2/3处),开始烹饪,蒸制1小时即可
