食材:
茄子3个、豆腐1块、番茄酱2个番茄打碎、小葱2根、生姜适量、盐适量、味精适量、鸡精适量、生粉适量
步骤1:
将番茄用开水烫一下去皮切小块用榨汁机打碎,没有榨汁机用刀剁碎也可以

步骤2:
将茄子切滚刀,用盐腌一会将茄子的水份挤出来,这样炒茄子不费油

锅内倒入适量油烧热,将切好的豆腐块倒入锅内炸至金黄捞出

把腌好的茄子倒入锅内翻炒2分钟捞出

将番茄酱,生姜片放入锅内炒至变色,将茄子豆腐下锅翻炒一下

加入适量清水,鸡精味精,闷4分钟

准备好少量生粉兑水,加入适量盐,生粉不要弄多了免得太糊
