红薯粉半斤、盐适量、蚝油适量、酱油适量、鸡精适量、陈醋1汤匙、芝麻油5―6滴、大红椒1条、小辣椒2条、小青椒1条、姜1块,蒜头2粒剁碎、青瓜半条
步骤1:
红薯粉提前浸泡好,上锅蒸熟,放凉备用

锅里放油烧热放入大红辣椒爆出辣椒红油

(全程小火)接着放入小辣椒,小青椒,姜末,蒜末:爆出香味,油爆1―2分钟左右

放入适量:蚝油,酱油,鸡精,盐煮开后―熄火

把酱汁料倒入蒸好的红薯粉里用筷子捞拌均匀,先倒入1汤匙陈醋捞拌均匀()再倒入几滴芝麻油捞拌均匀(一步一步的操作让调料更加入味在粉里)
