食材:
尖椒10根、酱油1勺、料酒1勺、淀粉1小勺、蒜6粒、仔姜1块、兔肉500g
步骤1:
将兔肉切小块,洗干净沥水,加入料酒、淀粉,如果有胡椒粉可以来一点,稍微抓一下腌一下^^

步骤2:
青椒切成圈,仔姜切成大片,蒜切成大片,然后就要开火啦^^

步骤3:
油烧热,倒入腌制好的兔子,稍微炒至变色^^

然后加入仔姜,翻炒均匀,辣味就会慢慢溢出来哟^^

加入酱油调色调味,这个时候兔子差不多就已经好了^^

最后加入青椒圈,为了保持颜色,只能稍微翻炒均匀,不能翻炒太久,辣味来自青椒的比较少,但是仔姜辣味已经让这个菜达到标准了^^
