食材:
老鸭一只、笋干200克、生姜1块、小葱6棵、枸杞10克、盐6克、料酒50ml、香菇干4个、花椒10粒
步骤1:
笋干提前泡发15小时,期间换几次水。

泡发好的笋干改刀成小片,小葱打结,生姜切片。

老鸭第一遍清理干净

烧热水,将老鸭焯水,目的为去腥,过热水后有些陷进毛囊的鸭毛会凸出来

焯水后用凉水冲一下,防止烫手,将皮肤外能拔的毛全处理掉再次冲干净

步骤6:
将老鸭,提前泡发好的香菇「人家送的」姜片,葱结,花椒「为去腥,提香」料酒,笋干全部入锅,加满开水煮沸改小火煲4个小时50分钟给枸杞继续煲10分钟,「没时间的最低煲3小时」挑出姜片和葱结丢弃,最后尝汤味给盐!关火出锅!可以不出锅直接上桌!
