食材:
鸭掌24个、麻辣香锅料1袋、老抽适量、生抽适量、蚝油适量、料酒适量、啤酒1瓶、八角3个、花椒1勺、麻椒1勺、香叶3片、砂仁2个、草寇1个、桂皮1块、冰糖1勺、盐适量、大葱1半根、大蒜半头、开水适量
步骤1:
鸭掌洗净凉水下锅,放姜片花椒八角料酒烧开后煮几分钟捞出。

放料酒,麻辣香锅料,生抽,老抽,蚝油,煸炒上色放一瓶啤酒,加开水没过鸭掌。

放葱段,尝一下味道调整,淡的话可以加点盐。颜色不够就多放点老抽。烧开后转移到砂锅里。(直接铁锅炖也可以)

转到砂锅里大火烧开改小火盖上盖子炖一个小时。喜欢脱骨软烂就多炖会,喜欢脆点的口感45分钟也可以了。
