猪五花肉300g、白饭1碗、生抽3大勺、老抽2大勺、料酒1大勺、盐1小勺、油适量、热水适量、姜片2片、蒜2个、香菇7个、鸡腿菇1个、八角2个、香叶2片、桂皮1根

锅里加冷水,将五花肉放净锅里,煮开焯一下,过掉浮末

将五花肉切丁,肥肉和瘦肉分开来待用

香菇和鸡腿菇洗净切丁待用

锅里放点油,然后倒入肥肉的肉丁翻炒下出下油,有点焦黄后再倒入瘦肉翻炒下

待瘦肉也有点焦黄,倒入香菇丁炒几分钟

加入八角、桂皮、香叶、冰糖,再加热水,浸到所有食材还要多点水,然后加盖小火煮40分钟

然后把鸡腿菇丁加入锅中,小火煮10分钟,然后大火收汁,加盐便可
