食材:
阿胶块250g、陈年黄酒400g、核桃仁250g、去核红枣250g、桂圆肉200g、黑芝麻250g、枸杞50g、冰糖200g
步骤1:
阿胶打成粉用黄酒浸泡化开,黑芝麻、核桃仁炒熟扳成小块(我用微波炉转熟的),红枣洗后晾干水分去核剪成小块,桂圆剥壳去核,冰糖打成粉

装阿胶糕的盘垫上保鲜膜(最好用油纸)备用

阿胶隔水蒸完全融化,加入冰糖不停地搅拌

加完全部冰糖再不停搅拌(大概要半个小时左右)
