食材:
泥鳅500g、姜蒜若干、豆瓣酱一茶匙、甜面酱一茶匙、料酒2茶匙、老抽一茶匙、生抽2茶匙、花椒若干、糖半茶匙
步骤1:
泥鳅洗净切段,擦干水分,姜蒜切好备用.

锅里入油将泥鳅煎至焦黄.

泥鳅起锅,入姜蒜煎出香味.
