煮熟了,好香啊~但是我们还不能吃哦,最重要的秘诀来了!!把整锅从煤气灶拿起来散热,牛腱子肉泡在汤汁里,等放凉后连同汤汁泡着肉放进去冰箱冷冻一晚上!!这样做好让牛腱子芯入味和Q弹的口感!
