将整只鸡用保鲜膜包好放冰箱冷藏腌制过夜

糯米提前两小时浸泡。泡好的糯米放蒸锅内上汽以后蒸20分钟(糯米一定要提前蒸熟,生的糯米放到鸡腹内容易夹生)

香菇洗净切丁,腊肉切丁,鹌鹑蛋提前煮熟备用

腌好的三黄鸡拿出来,除去花椒八角都不要,切去鸡***和鸡爪(如果喜欢可以留着)!将内馅塞到鸡肚子内!可以塞满!最后用牙签别好!不要让内馅漏出来
