不锈钢碗中抹上一层油,倒入拌好的面糊,把碗转动,均匀的铺上薄薄的一层就好

步骤5:
放入已经烧开水的蒸锅中,盖上盖子大火蒸两分钟(面皮往上豉起),拿出来放入装好凉水的盆中

步骤6:
30秒后,这个时候的凉皮已经凉了,很好揭开了(先用牙签把边上挑起来,再用手揭),两个不锈钢盆交替着做,重复刚才的步骤,碗底抹上一层油,倒入拌好的面糊,放入蒸锅,盖盖大火蒸两分钟,放入冷水盆中冷却,依次全部做好。
