生姜去丝儿,大蒜切沫,从头切小段儿备用

锅内放入适量的油,稍微多一点,烧至五成热,放入鲫鱼

炸的时候用锅铲不停的把油淋到鱼身上,大约三分钟左右至熟 将炸好的鲫鱼捞出

锅底留油,放入少许干辣椒,生姜丝儿,大蒜末,葱白段

再倒入一勺豆瓣酱爆香,炒出红油哦

继续淋入少许料酒

倒入适量清水,加入半勺生抽,四分之一勺老抽,少量盐,鸡粉,白糖,拌匀,煮沸

放入炸好的鲫鱼,一样用锅铲不停的把汤汁淋到鱼身上面 盖上盖子,慢火焖煮至汤汁剩三分之一 其间要用锅铲轻轻的铲一下,以免糊锅底哦,

将煮好的鲫鱼盛出装盘 锅底剩下的汤汁加入适量水淀粉勾芡 调成料汁儿

将调好的料稠汁儿浇在鱼身上面,撒上葱叶即可
