取一片放入手心,然后放馅料,包起来

步骤18:
现在包成十八个折好像不大容易,你记住右手拇指和食指先捏住两个点,然后食指和中指夹住包子边往拇指这边拉,同时拇指往中指和食指那边送,左手随着右手的节奏在慢慢转动,一直到包子合口。刚刚开始包的时候,皮不要太薄,馅不用太大,这样好包。最后包成这样就可以了。

放入笼屉,二次发酵20分钟左右,开火蒸25分钟左右关火,稍等片刻揭锅。
